You may wish to run your own in house Document Management System, in which case we can provide all the support that you require. Help is available from the initial evaluation of your requirements, and deciding on a suitable system, through to installation and training.

If you would prefer to have all the benefits that an effective system can bring but with none of the hassle we can do it all for you. Our Bureau scanning service includes the collection of documents ( including the provision of crates ), document preparation, scanning, Index, CD production and eventually the return or confidential shredding of your valuable paper based records.

Adobe Pdf

Many companies especially in the legal field are using Pdf and building their document systems around it. Pagefree scan directly to pdf or can convert existing documents into the Pdf format. Whether the requirement is for image only Pdf or for the searchable version, where electronic images have been converted to searchable text and images, we will ensure that your exact requirements are satisfied.

 Pagefree are also able to help our clients to develop document management systems based on Adobe Acrobat and utilising the meta tags to provide a file searching facility as one would expect from a full blown document management system, but at a fraction of the cost.

System Compatible Images

If you already have a document management system and you would like to have scanning carried out by our bureau we can organise this for you. we have considerable experience of scanning and indexing in the format required by many of the best know document management systems, but, if you have a software that we have not worked with before this is not a problem. We will work closely with the manufacturers of the software and ensure that our scanned images and index information are delivered in the format that you require for simple direct import into your document system. You need not become involved everything will be done for you. We will even prepare a small demonstration sample for you to try prior to scanning larger quantities of your documents.
